NECOS Fragrances offers perfumes, fragrance products, car diffusers, and related accessories.
We aim to provide accurate information regarding fragrance notes, bottle sizes, product images, pricing, and availability.
Please note:
- Fragrance preferences and performance may vary between individuals.
- Product appearance may differ slightly due to lighting, packaging updates, or display settings.
- Products described as inspired by other fragrances are independent NECOS products and are not affiliated with or endorsed by the original fragrance manufacturers unless explicitly stated.
3. Pricing and Payments
All prices are displayed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) unless otherwise indicated.
Available payment methods may include:
- Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Bank Transfer
- Debit or Credit Cards, where available
Applicable delivery charges and the final payable amount will be communicated before the customer completes an order.
We reserve the right to update product prices and promotions. Such changes will not affect already confirmed orders unless the customer agrees.
4. Order Confirmation
An order is considered confirmed once NECOS Fragrances accepts and verifies it.
We may contact customers to confirm delivery information or payment details.
If an item becomes unavailable or an order cannot be fulfilled, we will notify the customer and arrange an appropriate refund for any payment already received.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We offer delivery services across Sri Lanka.
Western Province
1–2 working days.
Other Areas
2–4 working days.
Delivery estimates may vary due to courier schedules, public holidays, adverse weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
If an order is delayed, our team will assist with tracking and delivery-related inquiries.
6. Order Cancellations
Customers may request cancellation by contacting our support team.
Orders that have not yet been dispatched can generally be cancelled.
If an order has already been dispatched, cancellation and returns will be handled under our Refund & Return Policy and applicable consumer protection laws.

Customers may request returns or refunds according to our published Refund & Return Policy.
Unopened products may qualify for return within the stated return period.
Damaged, defective, incorrect, or non-conforming products will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer rights.

- Ensure the bottle is securely closed.
- Hang only in a safe location that does not obstruct driving.
- Avoid liquid contact with vehicle interiors.
- Keep away from children, pets, and direct heat.
- Follow the provided activation and refill instructions.

NECOS Fragrances branding, original website content, product photography, and other materials owned by NECOS are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
Unauthorized commercial reproduction or distribution of protected content is prohibited.
Third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

We aim to maintain a reliable shopping experience.
However, website access may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
