• Unopened & Sealed: You may return or exchange unused bottles with intact protective seals within 14 calendar days of delivery.
• Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If an item arrives broken, leaking, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours with photos/videos and we will send an immediate free replacement or full refund.
• Hygiene Notice: In line with health standards, opened or sprayed perfume bottles cannot be returned for change of mind.

1. Unscrew the wooden cap and remove the inner plastic safety stopper.
2. Screw the wooden cap back on securely.
3. Invert the bottle gently for 2–3 seconds to allow the fragrance oil to saturate the wooden lid.
4. Hang freely from your rearview mirror using the cord (avoid contact with windshield or dashboard).
5. Tip for 1 second whenever you wish to refresh the scent. Refill easily with NECOS diffuser refills once finished.
